1. CALL TO ORDER

The representative from the NJ Department of Community Affairs will call the meeting to order.

2. OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT

The representative from the NJ Department of Community Affairs will state, "This meeting has been advertised and is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of the “Senator Byron M. Baer Open Public Meetings Act,” P.L. 1975, c. 231.

3. FLAG SALUTE

The representative from the NJ Department of Community Affairs will lead the meeting attendees in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag.

4. INTRODUCTION OF REPRESENTATIVE COMMITTEE

The representative from the NJ Department of Community Affairs will introduce the attending members of “Roxbury TEAM and Mount Arlington TEAM” representative committee.

5. ROXBURY MOUNT ARLINGTON STUDY COMMISSION

The representative from the NJ Department of Community Affairs will announce the selection of the Roxbury Mount Arlington Study Commission:

6.  OATH OF OFFICE

________________ shall administer the Oath of Office to the newly elected commission members.

7.  ELECTION OF AN INTERIM CHAIRPERSON

The representative from the NJ Department of Community shall conduct the election of an Interim Chairperson.
