11. Chairman’s Report:  Discussion about June 20^th or 22^nd in Trenton. – to attend would be Craig, Gene & Laurel.

            George H. DCA let us know that the work would be done in house by the State.

Melissa Fostle had a question about the merger.  Discussion ensued and an explanation followed to explain to the Mt. Arlington representatives that their information from Mt. Arlington Mayor and Council is incorrect.  That they are a part of a study on consolidation.

Press Release from Gene, Laurel & Craig –Chris Raths suggested that the full commission be able to review first. - discussion ensued - will be presented to the commission before release.
